About Us
About Us: From Yixing’s Soil to Your Tea Table
Every cup of tea tells a story—and for us, that story starts with a handful of clay from Yixing’s Huanglong Mountain. We’re not just selling teapots; we’re sharing a 600-year-old legacy of Zisha craftsmanship, where every step—from mining clay to shipping your order—is rooted in respect for tradition, quality, and you.
Clay Source: Only Huanglong Mountain Original Ore, Fully Traceable
Yixing Zisha clay is irreplaceable—and we never compromise on it. We source our clay exclusively from Huanglong Mountain (the birthplace of authentic Zisha), where mineral-rich soil has been nourished by nature for millennia.

Before any clay touches a craftsman’s hands, it undergoes 6 months of natural weathering, crushing, and filtering to remove impurities. Every batch comes with a “clay certificate” (marked with mining date and location) so you know exactly where your teapot’s foundation came from.

Artisans: Full Handmade & Semi-Handmade, Each Pot Has “Artisan Warmth”
Our team of 8 master artisans has an average of 25+ years of experience—they learned their craft from their fathers, just like generations before them.
- (Full Handmade):No molds, no machines. Every curve, spout, and lid is shaped by hand with wooden tools. A single full-handmade teapot takes 30–45 days to finish, and artisans leave their unique stamp on the base—making it a collectible piece.
- (Semi-Handmade):We use simple molds for basic shapes (to ensure consistency for daily use), but every detail—from polishing the surface to carving patterns—is done by hand. They have the precision of design and the warmth of hand-finishing, perfect for everyday brewing.
Firing: Traditional Wood Kilns & Precise Temperature Control
Firing is where clay turns into Zisha. We use traditional wood-fired kilns (not modern electric ones) because the natural wood smoke adds a subtle, unique patina to the clay.

Our artisans monitor the kiln 24/7 for 3–5 days, keeping the temperature between 1100–1200°C. A 5°C difference can ruin a batch—this patience is why our teapots have that rich, deep color and porous texture that makes Zisha famous.
Packaging: Custom Shockproof Design, Protecting Your Teapot Like Our Own
We know the fear of receiving a broken teapot—so we built a packaging system to eliminate that. Every teapot is wrapped in 3 layers:
- Soft cotton cloth (to avoid scratches)
- Thick foam mold (custom-cut to fit each teapot’s shape)
- Hard cardboard box with “Fragile” labels in 3 languages (English, Chinese, local language of your destination)
Shipping: Professional Partners, Global Delivery with Full Tracking
We work with DHL and FedEx for all international orders—they’re fast, and they understand how to ship fragile teaware. Here’s what you get:
- Full tracking (you’ll get a link to check your order’s location 24/7)
- Upfront customs info (we calculate potential fees before you checkout—no surprises)
- 30-day damage guarantee (if your teapot breaks in transit, send us your unboxing video, and we’ll refund or resend immediately)
Our Mission: Make Zisha More Than a “Distant Eastern Symbol”
We started this brand because we saw too many people fall for fake Zisha teapots—mass-produced, chemical-laden, and stripped of culture. For us, every teapot is a bridge: between Yixing’s mountains and your tea table, between ancient craft and modern life, between you and the calm of a perfect cup.
Whether you’re a tea lover looking for a daily brew pot or a collector chasing authentic craftsmanship—we’re here to bring you Zisha as it was meant to be: real, warm, and timeless.
